While Ellie Mae takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information against security breaches and unauthorized access, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure and therefore Ellie Mae also cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you send to us.

Other Purposes. We may also disclose all the non-public personal information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform joint marketing services on our behalf. We may also disclose such information (other than information regarding California residents and such other states as required by law) to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. When do we collect information from you?
